We produce good home cooked food using fresh ingredients and then quickly freeze it to lock in the goodness. Why not take all the worry out of providing meals for your family and visitors and order some today. 

Just defrost, reheat, serve and sit back, take all the credit and enjoy without anyone knowing.

Food is packed as an individual portion or in portions of 2 and 4. The portions are in dishes that are suitable for the oven (individual portions are also suitable for the microwave where there is no pastry).

The following is just a selection from the delicious dishes we are pleased to provide (subject to availability). Throughout the year various other dishes are available as well, to suit the season.

Main Courses
Rich Pork Casserole
A delicious mix of pork, honey, prunes and mushrooms. Based on a centuries-old recipe, this dish goes extremely well with potatoes, noodles or rice.

Dalemain Beef Lasagne
Beef mince with tomato, onion and spices interleaved with lasagne, white sauce and cheesy topping.

Chicken Breasts in Orange & Tarragon Cream
A dish fit for a light lunch, or a smarter evening meal. Tarragon and chicken make a perfect union, but when the orange is added, the dish is lifted to another echelon.

Puddings
Dalemain Apple Pie
Delicious short-crust pastry filled with apple from the Gardens.
It is a labour of love peeling them, but the result is very good (7.5”).

Dalemain Rhubarb and Apricot Pie
Made with our own rhubarb, when in season, this was a favourite of Major Hasell's. (7.5”).
