This marmalade comes from Yawatahama in Ehime prefecture where our festival in Japan is held. It proved extra popular at the festival here at Dalemain in April when the Japanese Embassy in the UK had a stand and were handing out tasters!
Blood Orange gives this jar a deep colour and a sweetness in taste, all the way from Southern Japan in Yawatahama.
