This marmalade comes from Yawatahama in Ehime prefecture where our festival in Japan is held. It proved extra popular at the festival here at Dalemain in April when the Japanese Embassy in the UK had a stand and were handing out tasters!
This jar is made using Setoka from Ehime and beautiful and zesty citrus taste which adds a sweetness.
